Introduction to Advanced Tracking

Tracking allows any user to see the progress of a shipment of any transport mode. In the private Advanced Tracking eService all shipment and cargo related details and documents are displayed to the authorized customer user.

Users can:

  • search using an STT (Schenker track and trace) number, container number, Airway bill number, or House bill of lading number.
  • use a customer reference number of various types to start a search.
  • subscribe to a shipment to be informed of updates via emails.

Users can track shipments manually via the Web interface, they can use the Tracking Web Service (API), QuickLink Tracking via URL, or the Schenker mobile app. The data is provided by CIS (Ocean and Air), CTTS (Land), and AU-Visibility (AU/NZ domestic Land and contract logistics movements).
